 *An email will be sent to your preferred email account in Web4 confirming that you are requesting the email reset.

 *If your class is NOT a Section 831, 832, 833 or 834, your instructor will give you log-in information at one of your face-to-face classes.

Trouble logging in?

 Common Problems

  1. Make certain you are using a lowercase "w" or "x" for your student ID.
  2. Make certain you are using the numeral "0" and not the letter "O".
  3. Make certain you are using Firefox or Internet Explorer 8.

Password self-reset: If you have forgotten your password you can reset it yourself by clicking on the "Lost Password?"
link in the login box on the top left of the Insight Homepage (insight.ccsf.edu).
