Insight Student Technical Support Request Form
Please note, the steps in requesting support are to
- Read the support materials publicly available on this site under the MainMenu on the InsightHome page.
- Contact your instructor on questions specific to his/her course.
- Use the technical support discussion forum within your course, if your course has one.
- Complete this form if you cannot find your answer via any of the above methods.
Login Support
If your request is specifically for login support, we have three options for you:
- Helpdesk: You can call on business days between the hours of 9:00 am-4:00 pm Mon-Thurs during the add/drop period.

- Password self-reset: If you simply forgotten your password, you can reset your password yourself
using the Retrieve Lost Password feature.
- Complete this form, choosing login problems from the activity drop-down menu and
provide any additional information in the description box.
Response Time
We process email support requests during campus business hours, Monday-Friday, 9am-4:30pm.
It may take up to 3 business days to receive a reply from us. However, during the hours stated above we are constantly
checking and responding to support requests. We process requests in order submitted and order of priority.
