IF YOU HAVE A HOTMAIL ACCOUNT: YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE EMAIL MESSAGES FROM ME, EITHER COURSE UPDATES THAT I BLIND COPY TO EVERYONE, INDIVIDUAL MESSAGES, OR EVEN REPLIES TO MESSAGES YOU SEND ME! Hotmail is blocking my email address because I blind copy to a list of addresses. I do not know how to fix this without dishing out money to a third party, and well, I'm not going to do that. You can try adding my address, tkobayas@ccsf.edu to your address book, but I can't guarantee that will work. Sorry. Constitution DayThe 17th of September is US Constitution Day! I know this because we are a federally funded educational institution and therefore required to provide "educational programming n the history of the American Constitution" on that day, according the message I received about it. The Financial Aid office will be handing out information about the US Constitution and financial aid from 10:00am to 2:00pm on the 17th. While not exactly light reading, the Constitution is a vital, yet mutable document that serves as the basis for our governmental system. Everyone should at least skim through it at some point or another. The US Constitution Online is an excellent site for not just the text of the document itself, but also explanations of what it is and what it does, amendments, framers, etc. This document is arguably more important than any individual person, because without it, we lose our commonality. Every public servant has sworn to protect this document against all enemies, and yet, it often seems as though they have forgotten that oath. The important question here would be: who will protect it from their abuse? Courses
