The bird on the left looks like a Bewick's Wren to me. The little I see of the wings, look barred which clinches it (for me) as a wren. The tail shows the outer two rectrices, which are shorter than the rest, to have white tips and white edge which clinches it for Bewick's.
The structure and those thick-set legs are typical of a wren. I don't worry too much about the supercilium as it varies quite a bit on this species, particularly on hatch year birds. Some of these youngsters you have to take a second look at to make sure they are not House Wrens.
Now this warbler is confusing, my immediate first thought was that it was a Magnolia. In fact, the only reason I think it is not a Magnolia is due to the pinkish legs which look like Oporornis legs. All other features, including eye arcs can be shown by young Magnolia Warbler.
The streaks on the side appear to be an illusion caused by the bird fluffing up the flanks, but you never know. Having said all this, I go for a MacGillvray's Warbler on this bird, the big bill fits this species better than Magnolia I guess.
