The shorebird looks to me like a Solitary Sandpiper. The white spotting on the wings and mantle fit SOSA, and the leg appears too dark for Yellowlegs, although the front surface looks yellow, the rest looks too dark. Yellowlegs should be a much brighter yellow. The bill looks fairly straight and not slightly upturned as it would on a Greater Yellowlegs. Also the eyering looks rather heavy, which to me looks more like Solitary than either Yellowlegs. Also the tail looks to be white with some dark banding along the edges, and although we can't see the center of the tail, I suspect that there is a black central stripe on it. I must admit that I have limited experience with SOSA, but this looks much like the few I've seen.
The Goatsucker looks like a Lesser Nighthawk. The primary extension is not particularly long as it would be on Common or Antillean (Which would be way out of range anyway!)and the white spots on the wing seem to be at about the tips of the tertials. On Common I believe the white would be well anterior to the tips of the tertials. There also appears to be at least one buffy bar or spot on the primaries anterior to the white spot. This also seems to be good for Lesser Nighthawk.
