I'd say juvenile Lesser Yellowlegs, based on the close bill and head length, lack of defined streaking on the breast, and all-dark bill. The lighting is great here, and a (typical) Greater should look at least a little paler at the bill base. I also think Lesser typically have a noticeably longer primary extension beyond the tertials, and it looks very long on this bird, especially accounting for the somewhat foreshortened view.
And I'd say Lesser nighthawk. Not a bird I've ever seen, but the location of the pale bar on the folded primaries - right at and extending slightly beyond the tips of the tertials, and the wide, defined buff spot(s) visible on the primaries (below the tertials) seem to be distinctive. The primary extension does seem very short, and the primary tips quite rounded for a Common.
Cheers,
Phil
