The bill appears too small and short to be GLGU which should appear more massive and with a definite demarcation line between black and pink (which is not too pink looking). The head also appears too small and more rounded than GLGU, which should have a flatter slope between the crown and lores. This bird also appears thicker with the marginal coverts area of the wing hanging lower on the flanks giving an overall thicker appearence, and the primary projection appears a little long for GLGU. With the dark eye, my opinion would be a first summer Iceland Gull.
