I just read Todd McGrath's comments on the possible Manx Shearwater seen by Steve Sosensky from Magoo Point. It seems that the white undertail is possibly as white as in the mystery shot, so I'll waffle and go along completely with Phil's original analysis. I now think this is a white vented Black-vented Shearwater!
