Gotta agree with DF - although I think the bill is on the small end for a B-b, it seems a little thick and long for even a larger billed G-P. I also have the impression that the eye should lie a little higher on the face in relation to the bill on a G-P than on this bird, maybe because G-Ps are proportionately larger eyed and have thinner upper mandibles than B-bs. My impression is also that G-Ps often have a pinched look to the face in front of the eyes, giving the eyes a sort of bulged appearance (ala Long-tailed Jaeger). This bird doesn't have any hint of that.
Plumage also looks fine for juvenile B-b. The strong definition and contrast of the streaking/barring on the sides of the lower breast is better for B-b, as is the relatively pale brown upperparts color. My impression is that juvenile G-Ps are typically a little darker gray-brown on the upperparts than this bird, particularly on the scaps. The spangling (pale feather notching) on the upperparts also averages relatively large, and shows no trace of warmer colors - also in line with a (not perfectly fresh) juvenile B-b.
Cheers,
Phil
