I think the warbler is a first spring female Hooded Warbler. The unmarked wings eliminates all but Yellowthroat, Hooded, & Wilson's Warblers. The cheek looks much too yellow for Yellowthroat, and the size of the bill and dark lores eliminates Wilson's. I would like to see more white in the tail to be certain of Hooded, but the inner web of one of the retrices on the left side appears to be white, so I see no reason that this isn't a female Hooded.
The white collar on the gull is a problem for me. The rest of it appears to be a juvenile Ring-billed. The tail looks o.K. for Ring-billed as does the wing with the "window" formed by primaries 1 through 4, and the dark trailing edge of the secondaries. The bill looks a bit large, but that part of the picture is in shadow and out of focus, so my guess is immature Ring-billed.
