Looks like a Common Goldeneye, though God Forbid, could anyone truly rule out hybrid. The bill looks enormous for a Barrow's, but good for a Common. The posterior head "ruff" looks not protrudent enough for a Barrow's, but good for a Common. The white on the anterior neck seems to go a bit high for a Barrow's, but normal for Common. The head looks a tad darker than Commons often look, but not outside the range for that species.
