Holding membership in the American Association for Paralegal Education, the Paralegal-Legal Studies
program offers an Associate in Arts degree for students who do not hold degrees. It also offers certificate programs for students who hold degrees or who have worked in a legal setting for many years. The program has an outstanding record of creating opportunities for its students. General areas of instruction include an introductory course, legal writing, legal research, civil litigation, law office management, investigation/discovery/trial preparation, and work experience for employed persons and volunteer interns.
