The orientation is OPTIONAL, but I strongly recommend that you attend. If you are unable to attend, please go through the online orientation and the course FAQ pages.
WHERE: In the Language Center Classroom, (R-205E) located on the second floor of the Rosenberg Library at City College of San Francisco, on the Phelan Campus, 50 Phelan Avenue.
Nearby MUNI routes include: the 43, 36, 29, 15, 54, M, and K. Nearest BART station is Balboa Park.
DATE & TIME: R205E is Thursday January 19, 2012 : 4:00-5:30 pm. Please arrive on time!
WHAT: This orientation will show you:
- how to access the Moodle/Insight platform to access your course
- how to use the Wimba Voice Tools
- an overview of the course content
- what will be expected of you as an online student
You will also get started speaking French!
Time will be set aside for your questions and we will all have a chance to meet each other. A bientôt!
