This individual was first
seen on the Farallon Islands 25 April 2012. For the last week it has been on Alcatraz Island inside San Francisco
Bay where it has been displaying to a Brandt's Cormorant. These photos were digiscoped from the San Francisco Municipal
Pier at Aquatic Park. Distance to the bird from this point was slightly over 1 mile (.9 nm).Click here and here for more information about this bird.
