Gray-headed Social-Weaver (Pseudonigrita arnaudi dorsalis) - 13 July 2013. Kopje picnic area; Serengeti National Park, Mara Region, Tanzania.

The upper bird appears to be fluffed up after bathing. Bottom photo includes Red-cheeked Cordonbleu (Uraeginthus bengalus).

This species is endemic to East Africa. These are the gray-backed western race P. a. dorsalis. IOC calls this bird, Grey-capped Social-Weaver, but most authorities call it Gray-headed Social Weaver (or Grey-headed Social Weaver) depending on national preference. Clements hyphenates Social-Weaver, but most other authorities do not.
