White-bellied Canary (Serinus dorsostriatus dorsostriatus) - 6 July 2013. Karatu, Arusha Region, Tanzania.

Males and females are similar, but females usually have a band of streaks across the breast. I believe this bird is a male. This is the southern race in which the white belly is limited and the yellow forehead is quite broad.
