After further thought and a few reference checks, I've come to the conclusion that the pink legs & feet, pink mandible, eye arcs, and general coloration all add up to MacGillivray's. So this has to be a Mac!!! But this only holds up if the streaking on the sides of the breast & flanks is an artifact of ruffled feathers, and not feather pigments!
