The only thing that I can think of, now that all the other birds were dismissed, is Dusky Warbler. Thin supercillium, the lower eye-arc, lower mandible may be flesh colored, hard to tell. It might also explain the brownish tinge to the head. Though the breast still looks whiter than a text-book Dusky. May be trick lighting...
OK, this is my final answer, I have no idea what else it could be but a Dusky Warbler
