After a second look, it is rather obvious that this is not a Solitary Sandpiper. There is way too much white in the upper parts, the legs are too long, and the bill is all dark. SOSA would also have a gray base to the mandible similar to Greater Yellowlegs. I am now convinced that this is a Lesser Yellowlegs.
