I agree with your idea that "extra" rectrix. I may be wrong but don't replacement feathers grow in from the same follicle that the old feathers have molted from. Thus that feather could not be a central retrix with the two pointed ones still intact. I'm also not sure about that dark primary, I suspect that it may be a variation which could show up on all Jeagers even though more likely on Long-tailed. Those pointed central rectrices still make me stick to my original identification of Parasitic.
