In my opinion the two upper birds are scaup/mallard hybrids. The bills and head profile seem wrong for scaup and the bodies seem a bit too long. I have never seen a scaup that had a bill as long as the two upper birds. My first impression upon seeeing the photo was those are some very strange looking mallards which will breed with nearly any other waterfowl species.
