This bird looks to me like a typical Black-bellied Plover. It has the looks of a Black-belly and doesn't look like a golden-plover. The bill is large. On golden-plovers, the bill is dwarfed by the head. Okay, someone who identifies shorebirds by feather patterns can feel free to clean my clock.
