The warbler looks like a Wilsonia, probably a Hooded based on the dark forehead and dark loral spot. Also, the bill looks a little to long for a Wilson's. The Gull looks like a juvinile Common Gull; the tail band is narrow and sharply defined and the outermost pair of rectrices look like they have white outer webs. Finally, the uppertail coverts look white and unmarked. I think a Ring-billed Gull of this age would show a thicker tail band and more spotting on the uppertail coverts and rump.
