This bird looks like a Hutton's Vireo to me. I would be amazed were it any other species. The bill looks dead-on perfect for Hutonian, as does the eye-ring (faint up top) confluent with smeary whitish lores. The fact that it is in a live-oak (looks like interior live-oak to me, but could be some other species) just about clinches it. In my limited experience with w. forms of Bell's Vireo I seem to recall their bills being a bit longer and the eye and 'eye-decoration' pattern not as outstanding.
