Although the yellow is compelling, I think this is a Eastern Kingbird, perhaps second year due to the retained coverts. There is too much white edging on the coverts and primaries for Thick-bill. I don't have any experience with Gray Kingbird, but I suspect this bird is not 'masked' enough, and Wyoming would be quite a stretch for that species. The white tip to the tail seems to seal the ID. I have found that Thick-bills tend to look robust and this bird strikes me as lanky, right in line with Eastern. The bill size is ok for Eastern I think, the angle of the shot exaggerates the size a bit.
