Except for the yellowish belly this looks like a fairly typical Eastern Kingbird. The bill is not thick enough for Thick-billed, and the dorsal plumage looks too dark for either Thick-billed or Gray Kingbirds. Is this yellowish wash possibly present, briefly on fresh plumage???? --Gary
