I looked at as many Philly and Warbling Vireo photos as I could get my hands on. The quiz-vireo has a fairly sharp blackish post-ocular stripe and the bill does seem pretty small- both features favoring Philadelphia Vireo. So, I would lean distinctly towards Philly Vireo, but would still be disinclined to definitive identification without further documentation/photos as I agree with Ken's worries re: underpart coloration.
