If this is not a trick photo, it looks like an Iceland Gull (it does look extremely long-winged for a Glaucous (except maybe barrovianus). However, I am new to this quiz and notice that a few previous comments relate to Joe as something of a trickster...
The dark-looking eye and bill pattern (red spot and little dark line above it) and long wings are reminiscent of California Gull, but presumably its not a leucistic one of those because of the pink legs.
