Like several others, I too wondered if this might be a partially albinistic bird, but eventually concluded from the quality of the tones (at least as they come over on my monitor) that it isn't.
I lean much more towards than Iceland than Glaucous (no experience with barrovianus) or Glaucous-winged (where my experience is very limited). Even trying to allow for the angle at which the bill is photographed I find it hard to make it massive enough for Glaucous and the bird looks long-winged and rather short-legged. There seem to be some similarities with the bird in plate 434 in the 2nd edition of Peter Grant's Gull identification guide.
