Snowy Plovers nested on Roosevelt Beach in Half Moon Bay, for the first time this year. Today the Dad and two chicks had moved out of the enclosure and up into the dunes. We stayed far back to avoid disturbing the chicks. The adults and chicks have all been color banded.
