Owing to the fact that golfing gear is not mechanically complex, there is a lot of research and design that goes into clubs and golf balls – all to give the player the extra edge in performance. At the professional level, small details in design can be extremely important. Your team has been tasked to design an automatic golf ball launcher. The device will be used in an enclosed area where high speed cameras and sensors will monitor the golf ball’s flight and landing characteristics.
