or not support the message of what is being sung?) -Instrumentation: (strings, woodwinds, brass, percussion, electronic
instruments, guitar, drum kit, etc.) -Melody: (tune, motive, through composed, conjunct, disjunct) -Harmony (major or minor, consonant, dissonant) -Rhythm: (tempo, meter, tempo, syncopation, overall characteristics of
the rhythm) -Form: (strophic, binary, ternary, rondo, variation or something
entirely in its own form), diagram with letters. -Texture: (monophonic, polyphonic,
homophonic) -Expression (use of dynamics, articulation, rubato,
overall emotional impact of the piece or how well it establishes or maintains
a groove). -Include an overall reaction to the work including criticism of its
