Geonet--A Quiz Game
Click on the link and a new window will pop up with a map of the United States. You can click on the button at the bottom of your screen to come back to these directions if you need to.
- First click on a flag to choose which part of the country you want to answer questions about.
- Then choose easy or hard, and choose a category. You can read about each of the six categories when you move your mouse over the picture. Click when you decide which one to choose.
- Next you will see a question. You can also click on Reference Maps at the top to see some maps which might help you. You have to click a link. If you do that, you have to click close when you are finished.
- Choose which answer you want, go down to the bottom of the screen and click Am I right?.
- You may have to try more than once, but after you get the right answer, you will also see a little more information.
- If you want to change the subject, you can click Search Category at the bottom of the screen.
- If you want to stop, you can choose End Game at the top.

There are two short quiz activities. You can choose Verb Forms or A, An or Nothing. You can see how many correct answers you can get in 20 or 30 seconds. Be careful! The test starts right away. If you get too nervous on timed tests, don't do this one.
