1998-Present City College of San Francisco, Southeast Campus
Instructional Aide/Technical Consultant

• Developed and implemented projects focusing on Internet navigation and website design
• Created curriculum aimed at educating faculty to increase computer literacy
• Installed hardware and software and performed routine troubleshooting tests
• Translated in Arabic, Spanish, French and Samoan for informational pamphlets
• Designed, built, and launched school website using Flash and Dream weaver.
• Conducted study groups in Spanish for ESL courses
• Acted as Associate Advisor to Student Activities Organization. Duties included:
o Counseling students
o Mentoring disadvantaged and at-risk students
o Advocating for student rights
o Managing a semi-annual budget
o Organizing fund raisers
o Creating and updating events calendar and informational kits
• Planned and coordinated monthly diversity events and activities. Duties included:
o Hosting and emceeing events
o Greeting speakers and guests
o Decorating meeting places and facilities
o Hiring caterers and entertainers
o Writing press releases
• Assigned to SFPD as part of joint collaborative program: 1999 to 2001. Duties included:
