Help with Looking up Courses to Add
Let's face it. It is sometime better to search for courses
by checking the good old fashioned Schedule of Courses in black and white.
However, high tech is here to stay so here are some suggestions that may
help you search through the "Search for Courses to Add" page.
-
You must enter at least one variable to search the database for courses
to add.
-
If you are searching for a course using more that two variables (i.e. department,
course number, and course title), your search will not work if one of the
variables is incorrect.
Retry your search using less variables.
For example, if you entered:
| Subject |
English |
| Course |
1A |
| Title |
Composition |
NOTE: This search will not work because the exact title of English
1A is University Read & Composition.
Try changing your search to:
| Subject |
English |
| Course |
1A |
Your search should find all English 1A courses.
