This page list various items which may
affect your registration. It provides an explanation as well as instructions
on how to correct your records prior to registering throught WebSTARS.
If you have holds....
You must clear your holds before you will be allowed to register and/or
access certain functions of WebSTARS. You must contact the department
which placed a hold on your records before a hold can be cleared.

If your Academic Standing Prohibits Registration....
You must contact the Office of Student Advocacy, Phelan Campus Conlan Hall
Room - E106. You may contact the Office of Student Advocacy at (415)

If your Student Status Prohibits Registration....
You must contact the Admissions and Records Department, Phelan Campus Conlan
Hall Room - E107. You may need to update your credit division application.

Your Appointment Date is....
You may access WebSTARS only on or after your scheduled appointment date
and time. If your registration mailer indicates a different date/time
than the one viewed on WebSTARS, please contact the Registration Center,
Phelan Campus, Smith Hall Room -SH118 at (415)239-3734 or email
us.
