When I went to the elementary school around 6th grade, I was always happy for New Year. I didnít know at that time it was celebrated on a different day in another country. We celebrate the New Year from Lunar calendar.
    I was happy because my relatives came to my house and I saw all happy faces and they gave money to all the children. We wore Korean traditional clothes. We ate a lot of food and special food we say duck gug. And adults play Korean cards and we played the game Yut nori.

     They gave us money because it is good luck for economy. Our traditional game name is Yut nori. We say "sebe"  which is the first greeting to the elders of the year.
