I don't really have much to offer on the ID of the bird, but would like to point out that the white throat appears to be direct sunlight or an artifact of the photo. If you look carefully, it comes to a point on the side of the bill, not directly under the bill, which I din't think any bird will show. On the left, one of the streaks that starts above the white patch continues into it, which doesn't make sense with an abrubt change there. So my guess is that the throat is the same color as the rest of the underside, maybe a little lighter.
And as a shot in the dark, why not Lucy's Warbler.
