Welcome and Introduction: Welcome to Fashion 45A Image Consulting. I’m your instructor, Kelly Armstrong. We will be together for the next 17 weeks, let’s make it a pleasurable learning experience. My role as your instructor is to give you the tools with which to cultivate your Image Consulting knowledge. To accomplish this goal, I will incorporate projects, group work, individual work, and hands-on learning. For me, teaching provides an opportunity for continual learning and growth. My desire as an educator is to instill a love of learning to my students as I share my own passion for learning. I know there is a need for compassionated and dedicated individuals who are excited about working as Image Consultants. In our competitive society it is important for students to not only receive a solid education, but to work with someone that is aware of and sensitive to their individual needs. I am that type of person and will always make an effort to be there for my students. I am very interested in developing exceptional people and teams.
Introduction to Image Consulting provides effective methodologies that enable students to become image consultants. Students are trained the professional approach to figure analysis, color analysis, wardrobe planning, and personal style and how to operate a small business
