Green Ibis (Mesembrinibis cayennensis)

Same details as previous. This photo shows the shiny turquoise-green
colors on its nuchal crest.
This species is usually solitary and wary. Surprisingly little is known
about its natural history. Evidence suggests that it is primarily
nocturnal. It reportedly tends to favor wet wooded areas.
