This video is shown in various formats and sizes so as to accommodate any computer connection speed as well as allow for play with various plugins. The size of the file is shown in parenthesis. The smaller files will be lower quality but will play on even a basic dial-up without much of a wait. This video has sound so if your computer has a sound card and speakers you should be able to hear it.
The Flash small format (the first one listed) is a reasonable size to try but QuickTime is a smaller file so if you have dial-up, you could try that one. Most new browsers have the Flash Player built in.
