Today's Lesson
When you click on a link on this page, it will open in another window. Close the new window when you finish and you will be back to this page.
  • Remember tomorrow we are having a party in Room 135. I will be there by 10:15. I'm bringing a cake. Please bring some food or juice and we will have a potluck. (A potluck is when everyone brings something different.) We will start eating at 11:00. If you need something refrigerated or heated, let me know. I will be in room 216 at 8:00.
  • If you didn't do the reading--It Happened to Me--The Mushrooms yesterday, do it now.
  • Grammar--Grammar Review 1H. Close the window when you finish test 1H.
  • Vocabulary--Get + Prepositions-4. Open the Phrasal Verb Dictionary at the same time, and click on G to find the list of prepositions with Get. You can have both windows open at the same time.
  • Listening--Great Apartment Living. Start with II. Listening Exercises. Listen, answer the questions, look at the script (see if you find the word that is spelled wrong!) and listen again, and then do the Vocabulary Activities.
  • Grammar--Reported Speech 5 . This one is pretty hard. If you don't like it, you don't have to do it. You only have to type the part of the sentence that isn't started already.
  • If you finish early, go to the Level 7 & 8 Blog. Post to any posts you missed, or do the Extra Activities.
