Completing three college-level real estate courses, passing the state exam,
submitting all paperwork/forms, and paying the necessary fees will allow you to obtain a
renewable four-year salesperson license. As of October 1, 2007, a new law removed the
option for the eighteen-month conditional license.
Education: Successful completion of the following college-level courses is
required to become a real estate salesperson:

Grading:
Total of 375 points possible (150 points/all quizzes, 75 points/all discussion postings,
50 points/midterm examination and 100 points/final examination).
The grading scale simply adheres to the following:
- 90 - 100%.... A
- 80 - 89%...... B
- 70 - 79%...... C
- 60 - 69%...... D
- Below 59%... F
